Signings
Kevin Love- re-signed a 2 year contract worth a little more than 8 million dollars, all guaranteed
PG Dru Smith- re-signed to a two-way contract after being on the active roster last year for 9 games before partially tearing his ACL after an unfortunate issue with the court in Cleveland.
C Thomas Bryant- re-signed 1 year minimum salary contract worth a little less than $2.8 million that counts about 700,000 less than that against the salary cap. This comes after Bryant opted out of his contract
SG Alec Burks- 1 year minimum salary contract (financial details not yet revealed)
F Haywood Highsmith- re-signed a 2 year contract worth 11 million dollars, all of it guaranteed.
Departures
PG Delon Wright- Signed with the Milwaukee Bucks for 1 year 3.3 million dollars
F Caleb Martin- Signed with the Philadelphia 76ers for 4 years 32 million dollars which can reach 40 million via incentives
Rookie Signings
C Ke’lel Ware - signed the 2024 1st round (15th overall) pick to his rookie contract, including $4.23 million in the first year and $20.47 over the length of the contract and 3rd and 4th year team options.
SG Pelle Larsson- signed using the second round pick exception1 which is a 3 year deal at the rookie minimum with year 1 being fully guaranteed, year 2 partially guaranteed, and year 3 being a team option.
F Keshad Johnson- UDFA signed using 1 of 3 two-way contracts
PG Zyon Pullin- UDFA signed using 1 of 3 two-way contracts
A second round pick exception is a clause that was introduced as a part of latest NBA collective bargaining agreement (July 1st, 2023) that allow teams to sign their second round picks
